The Holly Park Condo is an impressive multi-tiered hi-rise complex overlooking the Calgary skyline on the ridge, in Crescent Heights. It has graced Calgary’s skyline since 1979 with it’s uniquely designed architecture and stately presence. Holly Park is located at 300 Meredith Road NE in the Community of Crescent Heights. It is located just West of Holly Point. Holly Park is 10 floors high, and has a good amount of one and two bedroom plans. The suites range in size from about 720 Square Feet to a massive 2320 Sq. Ft unit on the 8th floor. There are some amazing terrace patios on many of the apartments, and in particular on the South and West sides where the terrace can actually be larger than the unit! Some of the patios are larger than the unit itself. They are designated “Exclusive Use” areas and are part of the common property.
Many of the units in Holly Park have same floor parking, which is underground and secured. Access to the lower East levels is off Meredith Road, which is the main entrance and lobby. The upper levels have access via the covered West visitor parking area which has twelve stalls. Visitors parking here must navigate a full flight of stairs to access the lobby. There is also access off of 1st Avenue NW on the North side of Holly Point. There is limited two hour parking here on one side of the street, and a 30 minute loading zone. This is the preferred entrance for delivery drivers and occasional short-stay visitors.
